Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF), a fully financed autonomous organization under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India was set up in May 1972. The main objective of the Foundation is to promote and support the public library movement in the country, providing financial and technical assistance for development of Public Library System and Services, inculcating reading habits among the masses with the active cooperation of the State/ U.T. Library Authorities. RRRLF, in order to accomplish the objectives, has formulated some Matching and Non-Matching Schemes.
Our Objective
The fundamental objective of development of Online Portal, a Web-Based Integrated Office Automation Software on Cloud, is for online submission of application, recommendation, authorization, processing, sanctioning, fund accounting, monitoring of status of applications, settlement and all other related functionalities as required for participation by the State/UT Library authorities, Libraries or other eligible organizations and by the Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF) authorities in compliance with the rules and procedures of RRRLF Schemes. Officials of Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF) can also monitor, check status and approve the proposals on Cloud for efficiency, transparency and ease of work.
Portal solution may include development of a complete application for electronic receipt of e-Forms, MIS reporting for various stakeholders as required by the departments, Monitoring and managing the various applications involved, etc., printing of submitted application forms by respective Stakeholders, Status Update of individual application by respective State/UTs, Status tracking by users, Query Service and Payment information.
